OUR GUARANTEE
We believe families and professionals are equally important, and do not prioritize one over the other. Our founder has worn many hats as Newborn Care Specialist/Postpartum Doula, mother, and nanny. As a result, QCNC is able to truly look out for all parties because the founder has everyone’s best interest in mind. We are committed to advocating for both the family, the nanny, and the newborn specialist.
WHAT TO EXPECT
-
Each family will receive a thorough written contract when they choose a nanny or newborn specialist to work with their family. This will go over start time, hours, contract length, duties, and more.
-
We only represent professional nannies and newborn specialists. This is reflected in their resume, ability to articulate their questions and concerns, and responses to your questions.
-
We thoroughly vet candidates by interviewing them by phone and in person, completing a comprehensive background check, and speaking with three of their childcare references. Our newborn specialists have additional educational requirements as well.
-
We will not waste your time sending you candidates that are not qualified for your position. Your time is valuable.
-
We have strict requirements for newborn specialists and nannies that they must meet in order to be represented by QCNC.
-
We offer a six month guarantee for our nanny placements and offer a free replacement, should things not work out with your nanny within the first 6 months of employment (exception applies to certain circumstances).
